If there is one comment I hear from so many people who are considering using cloth diapers, it is that it costs too much to get started. "I can buy a few diapers or I can buy a box of disposables for the same price." Each time, I respond with different ways to build a stash.
FREE diaper coupon codes. Some cloth diaper stores, like Kelly's Closet offer them a lot of the time. Enter giveaways. Not only is winning fun, but it is a great way to try out some new diapers that may very well become your favorites! Buy used. Ask questions about them. There are diaper swapper groups, b/s/t groups for many brands, Craigslist, and garage sales. Find loaner programs. Start small. You don't have to jump into it full time. Use flats or prefolds and covers. You could build a decent stash for cheap using prefolds or flats and covers. You could also make your own from old receiving blankets. Rent them. Usually only the case for newborn diapers, but this is a great option for many people. A friend just gives them to you. It could happen! Building a cloth diaper stash doesn't have to burden your bank account. I hope these options really help you to jump on board the cloth diaper train! I received a ButtonsDiaper for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received. Thoughts are my own. I love Buttons Diapers when i first opened the package i didnt think i was going to like them as it looked really big and my little girl is tiney but i prepped the diaper and got it ready to use the first time i put it on my little girl i was in love it fit her better than most other cloth diapers we have tryed. But i was still worryed as i have had problems in the past with diapers leaking. So while she had it on she decided to take a nap which is the one time we end up with leaks. Well after her nap i was so worryed i was going to need to put a fresh outfit on her and change her bedding but i didnt (yay) mommy was so happy. This diapers is also so easy to put on even with my little girl who's 5 months and wiggles all over when you try to put anything on her.Buttons Diapers are a two-in-one diaper system: wipe-able, waterproof PUL covers that adjust with snaps to fit babies from 9-35 lbs. Our absorbent inserts are made of microfiber and moisture-wicking fleece, and snap right into Buttons diaper covers. Inserts come in 2 sizes with a nighttime doubler option as well I would so recomend trying ButtonsDiaper you can find buttons diapers on facebook at www.facebook.com/ButtonsDiapers , twitter at www.twitter.com/Buttons_Diapers or on pintress at www.pinterest.com/ButtonsDiapers you can also find buttons diapers on amazon where they have a 5-star rating. :) Hello loyal readers i'm pleased to announce i will be doing a give away sponsored by clipa one lucky reader will receive a Rachel - Crystal Clipa msrp at 39.99.
