The premium cutting boards are made of high-quality bamboo, and are thicker than most boards out there, and are food safety tested to ensure no nasty chemicals.
This is how that package came to my home. I noticed it was already opened, but probably happen during shipping. But everything was there and unhurt.
You can see how the different light makes the bamboo look.

When you first receive the products, apply some oil, such as coconut or food grade mineral oil. To clean the boards simply wash under hot water with regular dish soap and dry. As with all wood and bamboo products it is best NOT to wash these in the dishwasher as it can damage them.
When bamboo first gets wet and then dries off it often flakes off small splinter pieces. This is a natural process because the company does not use chemical sealants on the bamboo to keep the product natural. This only happens the first time you wet the boards, but then stops. This is very normal.
I like that the boards are not too heavy but enough so that you know they are durable.
This is a good couple pictures of the grain.
As you can see the three sizes.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
